Our members receive a range of different benefits.
Access to discounted Wine and Champagne (wine and champagne are purchased directly from the Wine Merchant, who deals with all delivery and returns).
When taking payment for goods it will be payment in FULL.
We will give NO Refunds where goods are not as expected - (customers and members will however be given details of the merchant should they wish to approach them directly) nor will the receive a refund of any kind where the member wishes to cancel.
In the unlikely event that the event itself is cancelled, we would provide an alternative date for customers and members to attend instead of a refund.
We will NOT charge an adminstration fee for cancellations made.
